As a Group we utilise OSM (all costs paid for by the Group) for payments, events, and many other administration tasks. This has proved extremely useful to our volunteer Leaders and parents/carers and saves lots of valuable volunteer time, which can then be utilised on planning the activities and delivering fun and adventure for our young people. Equally important, it is fully secure.
We really hope we can all to work together to make OSM work even more efficiently. When invitations are received in the normal way via email it would be very much appreciated if parents could click onto the link and advise via the system whether or not they will be attending the organised event. This considerably helps planning of how many adult leaders are required at events, arranging payments for the activities and buying materials, food etc. Once a response is received, the system will stop chasing with further emails.
